Our mission is to promote health and holistic wellness in Pawling and surrounding communities by creating a safe, supportive environment to provide inclusive programming for wellness-based education, yoga and other therapeutic modalities, and community building practices.

We welcome all individuals and provide these services and classes regardless of individual financial circumstances.

Our Programs

Group Classes: Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Tai Chi, and Pilates practices are offered in group class format. Our group classes are offered on a Pay What You Can (PWYC) basis to assure they are accessible to all community members regardless of financial circumstance.

Education: Monthly workshops and lectures at Pawling Yoga and Wellness are led by independent wellness experts and offer the community opportunities to understand how and why to make healthier choices. This is a PWYC service.

Community Clinics: A monthly program with a diverse selection of offerings by independent local wellness practitioners. Programming is offered on a sliding fee scale.

Pawling Community Garden: With the help of our Pawling Community Garden and Composting Committee and local volunteers, we are currently creating a design to implement a Community Garden Program for the Town of Pawling - a garden for the community and by the community. This is a free program. Reach out to get imvolved.

Community Building: We commit to finding facilitators and hosting programming designed to meet the needs of the whole, while holding space for difficult conversations surrounding racism, privilege, white fragility, and other divisive aspects of our local culture. We aspire to participate with others in the community to create a Pawling where Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) community members feel safe, welcome and represented.
